All I can say is, "she is so tiny!" I kept saying this the whole time I was photographing little miss Nevaeh. I think her parents got sick of me saying it but I just couldn't help myself, I mean she was so little and perfect. Not even weighing 5 lbs and was brand new...I have never photographed a baby that little and it was precious.
After photographing the new bundle of joy, I began to think about all the posing lil miss Nevaeh did...and she let us pose her and change her and NEVER woke up!! (YAY!) Anyway, the posing mocks many times the fetal position. Which when looking at newborn photos you have taken you began to realize that this baby was in the womb in that very position at times and now it is safely catching z'zzzz with the parents close by and being a fashion model at the same time RIGHT in your studio. It is almost like watching God's work right before your eyes.
Maybe it's because I just had my sweet little angel 2 months ago, but birth is an amazing thing. Creating a tiny living being is amazing, the whole thing just makes me realize how much I love being a mom. It really is the best feeling in the world when your little you gazes into your eyes for the first time, holds your finger or hand for the first time, sleeps soundly in your arms for the first time, smiles its very own smile at you for the first time, laughs with you or laughs at you, hugs you and pats you on the back for the first time, kisses you, and says I Love You Mommy for the first time...it is heartwarming and its in those moments when we feel unconditional love, and I the unconditional love God shows towards us as his children. Simply amazing...
With that said, I have a busy weekend a head, family portraits and a wedding! I am so very blessed to have this business and experience these things and at the same time I get be at home with my babies and a home maker...I have said this before but THANK YOU to all of you who trust me enough to capture your stories of life unfold.
I hope everyone has a safe holiday coming up, and BE SAFE!!!!
